Talent Specialist

About the role

The Talent Specialist will drive both learning & development initiatives and talent acquisition activities for Groupe SEB, a global leader in small domestic and professional equipment. You will partner with business units to align talent strategies with commercial goals and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, coordination and delivery of technical, behavioral and leadership training programs.
• Conduct training needs analyses and monitor individual development plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from job definition to candidate assessment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and strategic positions.
• Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on hiring and development needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs and L&D metrics, maintaining accurate HR system records.
• Support budget tracking for training and recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR with hands‑on exposure to both learning & development and recruitment.
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management capabilities.
