Tax Accountant

About the role

The Tax Accountant will support the organization’s tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions. You will prepare tax filings, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with internal teams and external auditors to maintain accurate tax records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns, VAT, and other statutory reports.
• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
• Support accurate tax provisions in financial statements.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams on tax matters.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Contribute to tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide insights on their impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tax accounting or related finance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
