Teaching and Support Roles at International School in Cairo

About the role

Silicon Valley International School in Egypt is expanding its faculty and support team across the American and British divisions. We are looking for qualified teachers, specialists, and operational staff to join our on‑site campus in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons for assigned grades and subjects.
• Plan, assess, and report on student progress in line with school standards.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and department heads to enhance instructional practices.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development sessions.
• For non‑teaching roles, ensure smooth operation of facilities, security, procurement, or laboratory services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject or Education (Master’s preferred).
• Accredited teaching certificate (e.g., PGCE, IB, TEFL, CELTA) is a plus.
• 3–5+ years of successful teaching experience with documented student progress.
• English proficiency at C1–C2 level; Arabic preferred for community interaction.
• Current child‑protection training and clean background checks.
