Teaching Operations Assistant

About the role
The Teaching Operations Assistant provides administrative and customer‑service support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the Teaching Centre. This role is the first point of contact for enquiries and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service, handling routine enquiries and escalating complex issues.
- Monitor student movement during classes, report safeguarding or behavioural concerns, and ensure timely escalation of any issues affecting the customer experience.
- Prepare classrooms to agreed standards, arrange room layouts, perform basic technology checks, report maintenance needs, and manage promotional material.
- Coordinate logistical and administrative services for teaching, registration, events and other centre activities.
- Manage resources, stock, deliveries and contracted services to keep the learning environment clean, safe and functional.
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Plan and prioritise workload, adapting to changing business needs while maintaining consistent service levels.
Required profile
- English language proficiency at B1 (Intermediate) level or higher.
- University degree.
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional office or service‑oriented environment.
- Desirable: experience in an educational institution.
