Team Lead, Production

About the role

The Production Team Lead will operate multiple manufacturing machines, ensure compliance with SOPs and GMPs, and coordinate daily activities of the production team. This role bridges internal departments and external technicians to keep production on schedule and meet packaging targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate more than one machine while adhering to set guidelines and manufacturing targets.
• Coach and train lower‑level staff on simple tasks to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Supervise day‑to‑day line operations, guaranteeing processes are executed as designed.
• Document all activities according to written procedures and review batch records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and investigate complex manufacturing issues, incidents, and reliability problems on the line.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Ability to lead, coach, and train production staff.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, GMPs, and batch documentation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for complex line issues.
