Team Lead – Real Estate

About the role

Sira Real Estate is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a dynamic team in Alexandria, Egypt. The role focuses on guiding daily activities, setting objectives, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations and monitor progress toward targets.
• Set clear team objectives and evaluate performance.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Proven team leadership and management experience, including staff mentoring and performance evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration and client relationship management.
• Strategic planning and problem‑solving skills to drive operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of real‑estate markets, property sales, leasing, and consultancy.
• Adaptability and decisive decision‑making in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with relevant tools and software for team operations and reporting.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
