Team Lead – Vendor Help Desk

About the role

As the PST Team Lead you will drive the performance of a group of Account Executives who manage Talabat’s long‑tail restaurant portfolio. You will ensure partners are engaged, grow their sales, and stay satisfied through coaching, operational excellence, and the promotion of self‑serve tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop Account Executives to meet portfolio targets such as GMV growth, order volume and vendor satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and pipeline, produce regular reports and provide strategic guidance for improvement.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex partner issues, helping the team unlock growth and resolve critical problems.
  • Promote adoption of self‑serve capabilities (Vendor Portal, Partner App, growth tools) across long‑tail accounts.
  • Align the team with Talabat’s commercial priorities, ensuring consistent use of playbooks, tools and engagement cadences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Vendor Support and Logistics to streamline processes and enhance the partner experience.

Required profile

  • University graduate.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management or team leadership within a high‑performance environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor high‑performing teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Self‑starter with high adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced settings.
