Technical Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

About the role

The Technical Architect will design and implement robust technical solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring high‑quality standards and seamless integrations across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Define approaches for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Conduct technical design reviews for major customizations.
• Control the quality of X++ development and develop complex customizations when needed.
• Set standards for development, logging, error handling, and batch processes.
• Design integrations with WMS, TMS, BI/DWH, portals, banks, tax systems, and e‑invoicing platforms.
• Participate in data‑flow architecture for DWH/Power BI.
• Manage ERP technical debt and monitor performance impact of new solutions.
• Support release planning, deployment, and go‑live readiness.
• Collaborate with external vendors and international teams to build a unified ERP core.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX.
• Deep knowledge of X++ and extension‑based solution design.
• Understanding of D365 F&O architecture, including models, packages, tables, forms, classes, data entities, batch framework, and security.
• Experience with integrations using OData, Data Management Framework, custom services, and business events.
• Proficiency with LCS, Azure DevOps, and build/release pipelines.
• Experience in code reviews, technical design reviews, and performance troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, PreProd, Prod) and ALM/release management principles.
• Fluent English.
