Technical Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Data Analyst to join our Data Management and AI team and help build data‑driven solutions for our digital banking platform. The role works closely with engineering, analytics and business teams to gather requirements, design data processes and support integration initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior data professional eager to grow in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and data stakeholders, gathering and documenting reporting and data requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to support data initiatives and design data ingestion pipelines.
• Translate integration requirements into procedures, scripts and technical documentation.
• Design and support data validation and verification procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity and reliability.
• Contribute to Agile project delivery, driving assigned tasks to completion and supporting cross‑team collaboration.
