About the role

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Technical Interviewer specialized in .Net and C# to assess candidates for developer positions. You will work closely with recruitment teams to ensure candidates meet the technical standards required for .Net roles.

Key responsibilities

Conduct technical interviews and assessments for .Net developer candidates.
Develop interview questions aligned with .Net role requirements and industry standards.
Provide comprehensive feedback and detailed evaluations to hiring managers.
Stay current with .Net ecosystem developments to accurately assess candidate skills.

Required profile

Strong technical background with extensive experience in .Net technologies.
Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a similar role is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
