Technical Lead – AI & Machine Learning

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Lead for AI & Machine Learning to drive enterprise‑wide AI solutions. Reporting to the AI leadership team, you will translate strategic initiatives into production‑ready models and guide a team of engineers and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of AI projects, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product management, and data engineering to ensure scalable, high‑quality AI products.
• Design, develop, and optimize machine‑learning, deep‑learning, and neural‑network models for predictive, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly‑detection use cases.
• Fine‑tune transformer architectures and build generative‑AI applications using LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, and AI agents.
• Establish MLOps practices to keep AI systems reliable, secure, and maintainable in production.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and support technical hiring.
