Technical Lead – AI & Machine Learning

About the role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Lead for AI & Machine Learning to drive enterprise AI solutions across intelligent products and internal automation platforms. You will translate strategic AI initiatives into production‑ready systems while guiding a team of AI engineers and data scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of AI/ML projects, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, software engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable, high‑impact AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in AI development.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience developing and deploying production AI/ML solutions.
• Proven track record leading technical implementation of AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of statistics, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
