Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of large‑scale applications. You will ensure best practices are followed, mentor junior engineers, and keep the team aligned with product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Make architectural decisions to build robust, scalable, and secure features.
• Maintain high code quality through standards enforcement and code reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and introduce innovative tools.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and own their delivery.
• Assist in sprint planning, resource allocation, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record leading design, development, and deployment of large‑scale applications.
• Strong ability to make architectural decisions and solve complex technical problems.
• Expertise in database design, management, and optimization for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
