Technical Office Engineer – Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer with 1‑3 years of experience to support our Power Projects team, preferably with exposure to Nuclear Power Projects. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings and related technical documents.
• Develop material submittals, method statements, and RFIs in line with project requirements.
• Review BOQs, specifications, and contract drawings for technical compliance.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and obtain approvals.
• Support quantity take‑off and material tracking activities.
• Ensure all technical submissions meet quality standards and project schedules.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design‑related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of approvals and project correspondence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical office activities within power projects.
• Previous exposure to nuclear power projects is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with engineering codes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
