Technical Office Manager - Architectural

About the role

The Technical Office Manager – Architectural will lead the design review, coordination and BIM management for large‑scale construction projects. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure architectural solutions meet project specifications, standards and timelines while guiding a multidisciplinary technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Review technical submissions, design layouts and material specifications for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to validate feasibility and functionality.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and quantity surveyors to convey requirements and manage change orders.
• Resolve design conflicts across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Develop, update and integrate BIM models using Revit throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and modify architectural documentation in Revit.
• Manage technical department issues, document project challenges and monitor performance.
• Plan and track project budgets and schedules, attend progress meetings and propose technical solutions.
• Coach, mentor and develop engineering team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design offices and construction technical offices.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and design standards.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
