Technical Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager to lead our technical office, ensuring that engineering designs, proposals, and production orders meet client requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with production, quality, costing, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering and detailed drawings.
• Issue production and manufacturing orders.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and cost departments.
• Prepare technical proposals for projects and tenders.
• Review and approve technical specifications.
• Monitor technical modifications during execution.
• Supervise the technical office team and assign tasks.
• Prepare periodic technical reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in engineering design and technical office work.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
