Technical Operations Manager

About the role

The Technical Operations Manager leads daily operations, maintenance, and support of the customer’s IT infrastructure and technology services. The role ensures high availability, compliance with SLAs, and effective coordination between internal teams, vendors, and customers while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance activities for enterprise IT systems.
• Lead and coordinate the technical support team.
• Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and operational procedures.
• Monitor service performance, resource utilization, and incident resolution.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and emergency activities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for the customer.
• Prepare operational reports and service review presentations.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and enforce security policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
