Technical Project Manager – Migration

About the role

We are looking for a senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end migration of a client’s loyalty platform. The role covers discovery, planning, integration, data migration, testing, cut‑over and post‑go‑live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the migration delivery approach, defining sequencing, milestones and governance.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ecosystem partners, including the new platform provider and existing technology players.
• Lead integration readiness across APIs, downstream systems and the loyalty/rewards infrastructure.
• Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT, end‑to‑end) and operational readiness validation.
• Manage dependencies, risks and issues, escalating blockers and ensuring timely resolution.
• Orchestrate cut‑over activities, support go/no‑go decisions and lead post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Provide clear stakeholder communication, status reporting and executive‑level readouts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical PMO or techno‑functional program management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, complex delivery programs.
• Strong experience in the travel industry with platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or booking.com.
• Experience working in vendor‑led, multi‑party environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business or a related field.
