Technical Recruiter – IT, ERP, Data & E‑commerce

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for IT, ERP, Data, Digital and e‑commerce positions across our regional operations. The role demands a deep understanding of technical requirements and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to secure top talent quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and technical skill requirements.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines, update the ATS, and produce regular hiring reports.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment timelines.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience while upholding high quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on technical/IT hiring.
• In‑depth knowledge of Egypt’s technology talent market.
• Proven ability to screen candidates beyond keyword matching.
• Excellent follow‑up, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with SLAs, pipelines, ATS updates, and hiring metrics.
• Strong English communication skills.
