Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join IST Networks and lead the sourcing and hiring of technical talent across networking, infrastructure, software engineering and cybersecurity. The role focuses on building pipelines, managing end‑to‑end recruitment and ensuring a positive candidate experience in the Egyptian and regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, referrals, university partnerships and tech communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring technical roles such as network engineers, systems administrators, software developers and cybersecurity specialists.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: define job requirements, create interview scorecards, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and communicate feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from outreach to offer acceptance, delivering transparent communication and a positive impression of IST Networks.
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase recruiting efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Egyptian or MENA market.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and understand technical role requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a data‑driven mindset.
