About the role
Pinerium is looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to provide day‑to‑day assistance for hardware, software and system issues across the organization. The role involves diagnosing problems, resolving tickets and ensuring smooth operation of company devices and applications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems and network access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot device, application and connectivity issues.
- Manage support tickets, track progress and meet response‑time standards.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technical teams when needed.
- Configure, install and maintain company devices, user accounts and access rights.
- Maintain accurate documentation, troubleshooting records and knowledge‑base articles.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and ensure technical readiness.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help‑desk or system support.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to assist non‑technical users.
