About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Technical Support Specialist to assist users with technical issues and ensure a positive experience. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and system problems, providing support via multiple channels, and documenting resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system‑related issues.
- Assist users with account access, configurations, and technical inquiries.
- Accurately document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns.

Required profile
