About the role
Talent 360 is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its banking‑sector clients in Cairo. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions within banks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Utilise applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to track candidates and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of banking industry hiring trends and labor regulations.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on technical hiring in the banking sector.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
