Technical Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our technical hiring in a fast‑paced fintech environment. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for engineering, product and data roles while guiding a small team of recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions such as software engineering, product, data and infrastructure.
• Supervise, mentor and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and tech communities.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track, analyse and report recruitment metrics like time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Drive process improvements, structured interviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to enhance the company’s visibility in the tech talent market.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fintech, technology or high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record hiring for roles such as backend/frontend engineers, DevOps and data specialists.
• Experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zen ATS or similar platforms).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
