Technical Team Leader – Fintech & .NET

About the role

The Technical Team Leader will guide a group of software developers in delivering high‑quality fintech solutions built on the .NET platform. You will act as the bridge between engineering and product management, ensuring technical excellence while meeting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team through full project lifecycles, from estimation to release.
• Participate in architectural discussions and enforce approved standards and patterns.
• Oversee feature development, testing, and delivery, ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Review and approve code, scripts, and implementations before deployment.
• Track and report team KPIs such as code quality, test coverage, and bug ratios.
• Coordinate with BAs, PMs, UI/UX, QA, and other service teams to maintain clear requirements and release readiness.
• Mentor developers, conduct performance appraisals, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Guide responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools and validate their outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams in a fintech or similar high‑velocity environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical risks, gaps, and progress to stakeholders.
• Ability to estimate tasks accurately and maintain a high on‑time delivery rate.
• Experience conducting performance reviews and managing team dynamics.
