Technical Team Leader – Fintech & .NET

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Team Leader to drive a fintech software development team. The role combines hands‑on coding, architectural guidance and people management to deliver high‑quality .NET solutions aligned with product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team through full project lifecycles, from estimation to delivery.
• Participate in technical and architectural discussions, ensuring implementations follow approved standards and patterns.
• Oversee feature development, testing, and release readiness, enforcing branch and feature freeze policies.
• Review and approve code, scripts and technical artifacts before deployment, and conduct technical validation prior to QA hand‑off.
• Track team KPIs such as code quality, test coverage, bug ratios and hot‑fix rework rates, maintaining target thresholds.
• Coordinate with business analysts, product managers, UI/UX designers, QA and other service teams to keep user stories clear and aligned.
• Mentor developers, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative culture.
• Guide responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools, ensuring generated code is validated and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams in a fintech or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between technical staff and management.
• Ability to estimate work, manage timelines and achieve high on‑time delivery rates.
