Technical Training Team Leader

About the role

AMIT Learning is seeking a Technical Training Team Leader to oversee the design and delivery of its technical bootcamps and diploma programmes. The role combines curriculum development, instructor management and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate full‑time and part‑time instructors.
• Manage instructor performance and ensure high‑quality training delivery.
• Develop and update course outlines, presentations, labs, assessments and practical projects.
• Monitor student satisfaction and continuously improve training quality.
• Ensure all programmes align with industry needs and current technologies.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to support business growth and new programme launches.
• Support academic planning and ensure successful delivery of all technical programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training or education management.
• Proven experience managing instructors or technical teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
