Technology Enterprise Applications Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Technology Enterprise Applications Implementation Specialist acts as a subject‑matter expert for enterprise applications, supporting project delivery and day‑to‑day issue resolution. The role bridges business requirements with technical implementation, ensuring high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, scope definition, effort sizing, testing and post‑implementation validation.
• Prepare and manage deployment plans for production changes.
• Coordinate communications between vendors, internal IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact analyses from vendors or implementation teams and assess feasibility of changes.
• Perform handover activities with application support teams before production rollout.
• Track and classify issues raised during testing and ensure appropriate resolution.
• Review and re‑evaluate vendor‑provided or internally developed solutions prior to deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a subject‑matter expert in enterprise application implementation.
• Strong analytical skills for business analysis, scoping and impact assessment.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and internal communications effectively.
• Experience handling deployment planning, change requests and post‑implementation support.
