TechOPS Engineer

About the role

The TechOPS Engineer will join the Global Technical Operations team of a leading IT services and consulting firm. You will ensure operational continuity across multiple sites by testing, deploying, and supporting new and existing audiovisual workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage support issue resolution according to production priorities.
• Investigate root causes of technical failures across all environments.
• Document implemented solutions in collaboration with HSDs, PMs, and OMs.
• Coordinate with the ORKA team on feature requests and workflow testing.
• Assist Sales Operations Managers with data collection for new opportunities.
• Onboard, test, and hand over new workflows to production.
• Maintain JIRA work boards and ensure accurate tracking of tasks.
• Provide first‑line remote TechOps assistance for off‑site jobs.
• Support global and local QA testing to validate test patterns and frequencies.
• Cover UK infrastructure engineering duties as needed.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in media post‑production or audiovisual technical support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and iterative project support.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing production issues and designing solutions.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams while minimizing production disruption.
• Clear communication skills for diverse, cross‑cultural environments.
