Telemarketing Agent – Real Estate Cold Caller (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for energetic telemarketing agents to join our cold‑calling team for a U.S. real‑estate portfolio. The position is fully remote and involves contacting homeowners to gauge interest in selling their property.

Key responsibilities

• Dial assigned homeowner lists and ask if they are interested in selling.
• Collect basic property information when the prospect shows interest.
• Achieve a daily target of at least two qualified properties.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with lead details.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear spoken communication.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and a wired connection.
• Own a VDSL router and USB headset.
• Availability to work fixed night shifts Monday‑Friday.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for using online call platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
