Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to drive lead generation and support our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate customer records to help grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify, qualify, and add new leads to the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product information.
• Handle objections professionally and support the sales team in achieving lead‑generation targets.
• Track daily activities, call outcomes, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team, share market insights, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
