About the role
The Telesales Agent will generate new business by contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that match our product portfolio. This position requires a proactive, results‑driven mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to generate qualified sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases.
- Assess customer requirements and match them with appropriate product offerings.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep customer data up to date.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine sales strategies and processes.
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM software to manage customer interactions.
