About the role
The Telesearch Agent will generate new business by contacting potential customers over the phone. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and match them with our product offerings to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to create qualified sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Assess customer requirements and propose tailored product solutions.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep customer data up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and processes.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
Required skills
- CRM (experience updating and managing customer records).
