Telesales Agent

About the role

Imdova is seeking a full‑time Telesales Agent to join its fast‑paced team in Nasr City. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, introducing the company’s digital transformation services, qualifying leads and creating sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to present Imdova’s digital solutions.
• Qualify prospects, address objections and schedule qualified appointments for senior sales or consulting staff.
• Maintain accurate call logs and client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align messaging and campaign activities.
• Collect market feedback to help refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong phone presence with confident, persuasive communication in English.
• Ability to listen actively, understand client needs and present solutions clearly.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is a plus.
• Motivated, resilient and able to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent time‑management and follow‑up skills to handle a high volume of calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑management tools and accurate record‑keeping.
• Basic negotiation and lead‑qualification techniques.
