About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Agent to join GL Print’s sales team in Maadi, Cairo. The role involves engaging prospective clients over the phone, understanding their printing needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to accurately understand their requirements.
- Provide tailored sales consultations regarding the company's printing services.
- Use CRM tools to record interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings and promotions.
Required profile
- Female candidates aged between 25 and 30.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and Microsoft Office.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience using CRM software.
