Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Telesales Executive to join our team in Qesm El Nozha. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting our coaching and learning services, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to introduce coaching and learning services.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule meetings or follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update client data.
• Follow up on warm leads and work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide courteous customer support and address basic inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve call scripts and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to resolve inquiries positively.
• Lead generation and sales experience, capable of qualifying prospects and advancing deals.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs in a target‑driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM or call‑tracking tools and updating client information accurately.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Nozha and adapt to feedback and coaching.
• Mandatory prior telesales experience; experience in education or training is a plus.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
