About the role
Dubizzle Egypt is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow revenue through phone‑based sales. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, building relationships and promoting our marketplace solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate sales conversations with prospects over the phone.
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and generate repeat sales.
- Document customer information, payment details, purchases and feedback.
- Stay informed on product updates and communicate new offerings to customers.
- Answer product‑related inquiries and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
