Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesearch Executive will join Carly’s fast‑growing team in Cairo, working hybrid with occasional remote days. You will be the voice of our automotive super‑app, reaching out to potential and existing customers to showcase our car‑buying and selling services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Present Carly’s pricing, offers, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads, follow up on interest, and guide customers through the online purchase journey.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with customer support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide feedback on scripts and processes to continuously improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with clear speaking and active listening.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on building trust and resolving concerns.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in telesales, call‑center, or automotive sales is a plus.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM or call‑center software.
• Ability to work with data and generate simple reports.
