Telesales Representative – Hajj & Umrah Packages

About the role

Talent-360.me is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to promote and sell Hajj and Umrah travel packages. You will engage potential customers over the phone, introduce our services, and close sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects using provided leads and contact lists.
• Present and explain Hajj and Umrah packages, highlighting benefits and features.
• Handle objections, provide appropriate solutions, and negotiate terms.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Record all call activities and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine telesales strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to handle rejection positively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior telesales or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM software (advantageous).
