Telesales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team and drive outbound outreach to prospective customers. You will introduce our products and services, understand client needs, and help them choose the right solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to promote our offerings.
- Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate courses or products.
- Convert inquiries into sales by clearly presenting value propositions.
- Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement.
- Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer‑facing role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
