Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will join Prime Agency’s sales team in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt, working full‑time on‑site. You will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, present the agency’s marketing services, and help match solutions to their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and follow up on inbound inquiries.
• Present agency services, explain features and benefits, and handle objections.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed daily call KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and share customer feedback.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Proven experience in customer service or inside/telesales with a record of meeting targets.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, resilience under high call volumes, and good time‑management skills.
• High school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM or call‑tracking tools and maintaining accurate data.
