Telesales Representative

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, contacting prospective and existing learners to promote 4Level1’s English language programmes. The role combines outbound calling, inbound inquiry handling and lead follow‑up to guide candidates through the enrollment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospects and respond to inbound enquiries about course features, schedules and pricing.
• Qualify leads, handle objections and close enrollments over the phone.
• Enter and update prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records.
• Collaborate with training and academic teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while delivering professional, supportive customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with the ability to explain programme details clearly.
• Customer‑service mindset and experience handling inquiries or complaints.
• Proven telesales or call‑center experience, preferably in education services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, manage time effectively and achieve performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM or call‑management system.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
