About the role
We are a leading real estate company seeking ambitious Telesales Representatives to join our on‑site team in Maadi, Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our projects and services while driving qualified leads to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on generated leads.
- Present company projects and services professionally.
- Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the system.
- Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and offers.
Required profile
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Graduates are highly preferred.
- Previous telesales, call‑center, or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
