Telesales Specialist – English/French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking confident, talented individuals to join our outbound telesales team. In this position you will promote exciting new property investment opportunities to a qualified database of subscribers, handling calls on behalf of The First Group account.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective investors and respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Present property investment offers clearly and persuasively.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Update CRM records with call outcomes and follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with the award‑winning marketing team to optimise lead quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or telesales.
• Dubai experience is a plus.
• Highly self‑motivated, energetic and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, punctual, courteous and presentable.
• Minimum education: High School Certificate.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic with good written and verbal English.
