About the role
The Telesales Specialist will focus on outbound calls to promote and sell consumer finance products. This role requires a proactive approach to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell consumer finance products.
- Present product features effectively to match customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Manage leads, record all interactions in the CRM system, and follow up promptly.
- Handle objections and respond to customer inquiries professionally to close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and meet key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or financial product sales.
- Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
