About the role

The Telesales Specialist will focus on outbound calls to promote and sell consumer finance products. This role requires a proactive approach to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell consumer finance products.
  • Present product features effectively to match customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage leads, record all interactions in the CRM system, and follow up promptly.
  • Handle objections and respond to customer inquiries professionally to close sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and meet key performance indicators.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales or financial product sales.
  • Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
