Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will work on‑site in Nasr City, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote Egyptian Developers' real‑estate projects. You will qualify leads, present property details, and convert prospects into satisfied customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate calls to showcase real‑estate offerings and gather client requirements.
• Qualify leads, update prospect information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare basic sales reports and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales background with proven telesales, lead qualification and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or telesales environment, preferably within real‑estate or a related sector.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nasr City, meet targets and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Competence in basic productivity tools such as spreadsheets and email.
