Telesales Specialist

About the role

As a Telesales Specialist at invygo, you will join the Customer Experience team to promote our innovative car‑subscription services. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with growth, product, brand marketing and other stakeholders to drive sales through phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present invygo’s subscription plans.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and upsell additional products.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Handle objections, resolve concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Record call outcomes and sales data accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of proven success in telesales or a related sales role.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
