About the role
Join Vezeeta’s fast‑growing B2C sales team as a Telesales Specialist. You will be the voice that introduces Shamel, our flagship healthcare subscription plan, to new customers across Egypt, helping them access discounted medical services.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential customers through outbound phone calls.
- Clearly present Shamel’s value proposition, benefits, and subscription options.
- Close sales over the phone and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new subscribers.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support lead‑generation initiatives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably with discount cards or subscription plans.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
- Resident of Cairo and able to work fully on‑site.
