Telesales Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to drive performance and achieve sales targets within our call centre environment. You will lead a group of telesales professionals, providing coaching, motivation, and strategic guidance to ensure consistent results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the telesales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve individual and collective performance.
• Monitor daily KPIs, deliver regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Implement improvement plans and handle escalations to support deal closures.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and optimise processes.
• Prepare performance reports and ensure overall team productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader.
• Proven track record in selling courses, training programmes, or educational services.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
