Telesales Team Leader – Training Sector (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Team Leader to drive our training sector sales in Saudi Arabia. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Qesm 1st Nasser City and focuses on leading a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of telesales representatives.
• Monitor daily performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain detailed sales reports and performance metrics.
• Foster a collaborative and results‑driven team environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales‑related tools is a plus.
